Agamim Coatings, Ltd. is a coating plant providing finishing services for metals, in compliance with the AS 9100 (aerospace) standard. The plant occupies an area of 2,500 sqm and is located in the Koren Maalot Industrial Zone.

We perform coating of metals for leading companies and institutions in Israel and abroad, in sectors such as defense, medical devices, hi-tech and food, as well as customers in marine environments.

Agamim works in compliance with strict international standards and is certified for coating with state-of-the-art technologies. Coating and Technologies

Aluminum anodizing

Anodizing is performed by an electrochemical process that forms a layer of aluminum oxide. The coating creates a corrosion-resistant layer on the metal.

Passivation of stainless steel

Passivation is a chemical process that neutralizes various metals, rendering them passive. The process generates a protective layer that prevents corrosion.

Teflon coating

Teflon coating may be applied to all types of metal alloys. Highly nonstick (food grade)

Resistant to continuous temperature of 260 degrees.

Blackening and manganese phosphate coating

Blackening (black oxide) according to MIL-P-13924 standard, applied on steel and stainless steel. Manganese phosphate is a coating with a fine crystalline appearance, of a grayish to black color.

Electropolishing

Chemical polishing of stainless-steel alloys, creating a glossy appearance and protection from corrosion

Sand spraying

Polishing by spraying sand creates a matt layer that is non-reflective and does not mirror.

Dry lubrication

Dry lubrication (dry film lubricant) is a process that enables reduction of friction (reducing the friction coefficient) on moving parts, while giving them corrosion resistance.
